超纯水高频漂洗槽：

Ultra pure water high-frequency rinsing tank:

1、结构为锯齿形三面溢流，第13、12槽设进纯水口，与纯水预热箱及纯水源并联相接。溢水槽宽35mm。通过溢流可以源源不断进入新鲜液体，保持槽内液体有较高的清洁度，进水前加设3道PP过滤系统，过滤精度根据生产需要设定。

The overflow channel is 35mm wide. Fresh liquid can enter the tank continuously through overflow to keep the liquid in the tank clean. 2、槽体设排液口，可通过手动球阀将液体直接排掉。
