1.设备原理

在超声波的作用下,机械振动转移到清洗罐中的清洗液中,使清洗液交替产生密集的振动,液体不断拉伸和压缩。疏的地方受到拉伸,形成微气泡(真空气穴);密的地方受到压缩。由于清洗液内部受超声波的振动而频繁地拉伸和压缩,其结果使微气泡不断地产生和不断地破裂。当微气泡破裂时,周围的清洗液以巨大的速度从各个方向延伸到气泡的中心,产生水击。这种现象可以用肉眼直接观察到,即清洗液中有剧烈活动的气泡,清洗液上下对流。此时,如果手指浸泡在清洗液中,会有强烈的针刺感。

At this time, if the finger is immersed in the cleaning solution, it will have a strong sense of acupuncture.
