3. 过滤和油水分离决定能跑多久

一天上万件的线，铁屑和浮油不停进槽。没有磁性分离+袋式过滤+油水分离器，三天后喷出来的就是“油泥浆”，工件越洗越脏。循环系统配好，一槽水能跑几周，耗材费反而非常低。

Ten thousand pieces of wire, iron filings, and floating oil keep entering the trough all day long. Without magnetic separation, bag filtration, and oil-water separator, after three days, the sprayed material will be "oily mud", and the workpiece will become dirtier as it is washed. Once the circulation system is configured, one tank of water can run for several weeks, but the cost of consumables is actually the lowest.

顺带一句：铝件和钢件别混线洗，铝粉进钢件槽会诱发锈蚀，分开两条线或换中性药剂非常稳妥。

By the way, aluminum and steel parts should not be mixed for wire washing. Aluminum powder entering the steel groove can induce corrosion. It is safest to separate the two wires or replace the neutral agent.
