Only for heavy oil stains and bulky parts, a high pressure of 1.0-3.0 MPa is required. It is recommended to control the flow rate of each nozzle at 2-5 L/min, and increase the total flow rate by increasing the number of nozzles, rather than simply increasing the flow rate of a single nozzle. Regarding temperature, the optimal working range for water-based cleaning agents is 50-70℃. If the temperature is too low, the activity of the cleaning agent may be insufficient, while if it is too high, the cleaning agent may decompose or evaporate.

This indicates that for deep holes, blind holes, and luminal workpieces, it is difficult to clean them thoroughly solely by spraying, and it is necessary to combine it with ultrasonic or boiling cleaning.

Multi-stage filtration (bag filters, magnetic filters, etc.) must be used in conjunction to ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning solution. The replacement of the filter element should be based on the pressure differential gauge; it should be replaced when it reaches 0.2 MPa, rather than relying on intuition.

Nozzle blockage is the primary reason for the decline in cleaning effectiveness.
