很多工厂把预算全砸在超声波清洗机、喷淋线上，唯独跳过废水——等环保查台账、危废清运单月月涨价，才发现“非常后一关”非常烧钱。低温废水回收设备干的事，是把清洗产线排出来的含油、高盐、高 COD 废液，在常压沸点以下重新拆成“清水+浓渣”。

Many factories spend their entire budget on ultrasonic cleaning machines and spray lines, but skip wastewater - only after environmental inspections and monthly price increases for hazardous waste removal do they realize that the "last hurdle" is the most expensive. The task of the low-temperature wastewater recovery equipment is to dismantle the oily, high salt, and high COD waste liquid discharged from the cleaning production line into "clean water+concentrated residue" below the boiling point of atmospheric pressure.

一、原理不玄：真空降沸点+热泵兜底

1、 The principle is not mysterious: vacuum boiling point reduction+heat pump bottom

真空把水的沸点拉到 30–45℃，热泵回收二次蒸汽潜热循环加热，废水低温汽化→水蒸气冷凝成蒸馏水→油、盐、金属粉、有机物留在浓缩液里。 全程物理分离，不靠加药破乳，也不烧锅炉，热敏物料不被烤焦、换热面不易结硬垢。

Vacuum pulls the boiling point of water to 30-45 ℃, and the heat pump recovers the latent heat of the secondary steam for circulation heating. The wastewater vaporizes at low temperature → water vapor condenses into distilled water → oil, salt, metal powder, and organic matter remain in the concentrated solution. The entire process is physically separated, without relying on drug demulsification or boiler burning. The thermosensitive material is not burnt, and the heat exchange surface is not prone to hard scaling.

二、谁非常该配，不是“所有废水都上”

强适配：CNC 切削液/乳化液、超声波清洗漂洗水、电镀漂洗浓水、表面处理含重金属废水；

Strong adaptability: CNC cutting fluid/emulsion, ultrasonic cleaning rinse water, electroplating rinse concentrated water, surface treatment wastewater containing heavy metals;

可回用：冷凝水补回预洗槽、冲洗工序，省自来水；

Reusable: Condensed water is replenished to the pre washing tank and flushing process, saving tap water;

别硬上：超高粘度纯油、大量挥发性溶剂、易起泡不加消泡的，先前端除油/过滤再进蒸发。

Don't be stubborn: Ultra high viscosity pure oil, a large amount of volatile solvents, easy to bubble without defoaming, remove oil/filter before evaporation.

三、选型先交“水质户口本”

日水量、COD、含盐量、pH、含油类型、氯离子、会不会结晶——拿真实水样让厂里跑小试。只报“减量 90%”不给小试曲线的，后期结垢堵管全是你的停机时间。材质按腐蚀选：316L 起步，高氯/强酸直接钛材或防腐涂层。

Daily water volume COD、 Salt content pH、 Oil content type, chloride ions, and whether they will crystallize - take real water samples and let the factory run a small test. Only reporting a "90% reduction" without providing the trial curve, the later scaling and pipe blockage will be your downtime. Material selection based on corrosion: starting from 316L, high chlorine/strong acid direct titanium material or anti-corrosion coating.

四、算总账别只除“设备单价”

4、 Calculate the general ledger by excluding only "equipment unit price"

真实回本 = 危废委外减掉的量 −（电费+浓缩液处置+备件+CIP 清洗剂）。热泵型吨水电耗看工况，但比起每吨几千块的危废清运，中小水量车间往往 1–2 年摊平。PLC 自控、远程报警、自动排浓液，决定要不要专门养一个人守着。

Real cost recovery=amount deducted from outsourcing hazardous waste - (electricity bill+concentrated solution disposal+spare parts+CIP cleaning agent). The electricity consumption per ton of water for heat pump type depends on the working conditions, but compared to the hazardous waste removal of several thousand yuan per ton, small and medium water volume workshops often require 1-2 years of leveling. PLC self-control, remote alarm, automatic discharge of concentrated liquid, decide whether to have a dedicated person to keep watch.

五、验收锁三样实物

5、 Acceptance of three physical locks

出水做电导率/COD 检测、浓缩倍数写进合同、连续运行 72 小时不溢料不结垢。能出小试报告+同水质案例的厂家，比只摆样机的靠谱。

Perform conductivity/COD testing on the effluent, record the concentration factor in the contract, and run continuously for 72 hours without overflow or scaling. Manufacturers who can provide small-scale test reports and cases of the same water quality are more reliable than those who only display prototypes.

低温回收不是“环保凑数件”，而是把清洗线的水费、危废费、环评风险一起折回来。先水样、再定槽、非常后谈价，顺序别反。

Low temperature recycling is not just about environmental protection, but about combining the water, hazardous waste, and environmental impact assessment risks of the cleaning line. First, sample the water, then determine the tank, and finally negotiate the price. Do not reverse the order.
