清洗液温度一般控制在40到60℃，低了空化弱、高了气泡多反而减弱冲击。工件不能直接压槽底，也不能叠太密，否则超声波被挡住，背面洗不到。清洗后若直接晾干，水中杂质会留下水痕，精密件建议纯水漂洗加烘干。
