  一、启动故障

  1、 Start up malfunction

  故障现象:按下启动按钮,清洗机完全没反应,电源指示灯也不亮。

  检查市电供电是否正常,可使用其他电器设备插在同一插座上测试,若市电无电,联系供电部门解决;若插座损坏,更换新的插座。

  Check if the mains power supply is normal. Other electrical devices can be plugged into the same socket for testing. If there is no mains power, contact the power supply department to resolve the issue; If the socket is damaged, replace it with a new one.

  查看电源线是否插紧,如有松动,将其插牢固;检查电源线是否有破损、断路情况,若电源线损坏,需更换新的电源线。

  Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. If it is loose, plug it in firmly; Check if the power cord is damaged or broken. If the power cord is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

  熔断器熔断:打开设备的熔断器盒(或保险装置所在位置),查看熔断器是否熔断,若熔断,先检查设备内部有无短路等异常情况(如电机绕组短路、线路破损搭铁等),排除故障隐患后,更换相同规格的熔断器。

  开关故障:操作面板上的启动开关可能损坏,可用万用表检测开关在按下时是否导通,若开关损坏,更换新的启动开关。

  电机过载保护触发:部分清洗机设有过载保护装置,当电机长时间过载运行或启动瞬间电流过大时会触发保护。此时需等待一段时间(一般几分钟)让保护装置复位,然后再次尝试启动;同时检查电机是否存在过载情况,如水泵堵塞、传动部件卡死等导致电机负荷过大,排除相应故障源(清理水泵、修复卡死的传动部件等)。

  接触器或继电器故障:这些电气元件负责控制电机电路的通断,若出现故障无法正常闭合电路,电机则不能启动。打开电气控制柜,使用万用表检测接触器、继电器的线圈是否通电(有相应的额定电压),若线圈通电但触点不闭合,说明元件损坏,需更换新的接触器或继电器;若线圈无电,需进一步排查控制线路,查看是否有断路、接线松动等问题并修复。

If the coils are energized but the contacts do not close, it indicates that the components are damaged and need to be replaced with new contactors or relays; If the coil is not powered, further investigation of the control circuit is required to check for any open circuits, loose wiring, or other issues and repair them.

  2、 Abnormal pressure malfunction

  故障现象:清洗机工作时压力过低,无法达到正常清洗要求。

  水泵的密封件老化、损坏,导致漏水,影响压力,检查并更换损坏的密封件,如 O 型圈、密封垫等,重新安装水泵并确保密封良好。

  The sealing components of the water pump are aging and damaged, causing water leakage and affecting pressure. Check and replace the damaged sealing components such as O-rings and gaskets, reinstall the water pump and ensure good sealing.

  检查进水管是否堵塞、弯折,使进水不畅,若进水管堵塞,清理管道内的杂物;若弯折,将其捋顺恢复正常形状,保证水流畅通。

  Check if the inlet pipe is blocked or bent to prevent smooth water flow. If the inlet pipe is blocked, clean the debris inside the pipe; If bent, smooth it back to its normal shape to ensure smooth water flow.

  查看进水过滤器是否堵塞,若是,取出过滤器进行清洗,去除截留的杂质后装回。

  压力调节阀失控:压力调节阀的阀芯可能卡住、损坏等,使其不能正常调节压力,导致压力持续升高。拆开压力调节阀,检查阀芯情况,清理卡住阀芯的杂物,若阀芯损坏则更换新的阀芯,安装好后重新调节压力至正常范围。

  Pressure regulating valve out of control: The valve core of the pressure regulating valve may get stuck, damaged, etc., making it unable to regulate the pressure properly, resulting in a continuous increase in pressure. Disassemble the pressure regulating valve, check the condition of the valve core, clean the debris stuck in the valve core. If the valve core is damaged, replace it with a new one. After installation, readjust the pressure to the normal range.

  三、漏水故障

  故障现象:清洗机外部出现漏水情况。

  可能原因及排除方法:

  检查进出水管与设备主体、水泵等的连接部位是否密封不严,如有松动,重新拧紧连接螺母;若密封件(如橡胶垫圈)老化、损坏,更换新的密封件后再进行连接。

  Check if the connection between the inlet and outlet pipes and the equipment body, water pump, etc. is not tightly sealed. If there is any looseness, tighten the connecting nuts again; If the sealing components (such as rubber gaskets) age or are damaged, replace them with new ones before connecting.

  查看喷枪与高压管的连接部位是否漏水,同样进行拧紧操作或更换密封件处理。

  Check if there is any water leakage at the connection between the spray gun and the high-pressure pipe, and perform the same tightening operation or replace the seal.

  连接部位密封不良:

  水泵漏水:水泵的外壳密封处、轴封部位可能因密封件老化、磨损而漏水。拆开水泵,更换损坏的密封件,如更换水泵轴封、外壳密封垫等,安装后检查是否还漏水。

  储水箱或水槽破裂:若储水箱或水槽出现裂缝等损坏情况导致漏水,对于轻微裂缝,可尝试使用专用的水箱修补胶进行修补;若损坏严重,需更换新的储水箱或水槽。

  四、清洗效果不佳故障

  故障现象:清洗后物体表面仍有污垢残留,达不到预期清洗效果。

  对于有压力、温度、时间等参数可调节的清洗机(如高压清洗机、超声波清洗机等),检查相关参数是否设置正确,如高压清洗机压力过低、超声波清洗机超声频率不合适或清洗时间过短等,根据实际情况调整到合适的参数值。

  有些清洗机有清洗模式选择,确认是否选择了正确的清洗模式来对应要清洗的物体类型,若选错模式,重新选择合适的模式。

  检查清洗液浓度是否过低,按照清洗要求重新调配合适浓度的清洗液并更换储液槽内的清洗液。

  查看皮带是否磨损严重、出现打滑现象,若磨损需更换皮带;检查电机、水泵的轴承是否磨损,磨损的轴承运转时会发出异常声响,更换新的轴承来解决问题。

  Check if the belt is severely worn or slipping, and if it is worn, replace the belt; Check if the bearings of the motor and water pump are worn. The worn bearings will make abnormal noises during operation. Replace the bearings with new ones to solve the problem.

  机械部件松动或磨损:

  杂物进入设备内部:可能有杂物进入水泵、电机等内部,与转动部件产生摩擦或碰撞发出噪声。拆开相关部件,清理内部的杂物后重新组装并运行设备,查看噪声是否消除。

Disassemble the relevant components, clean the internal debris, reassemble and operate the equipment, and check if the noise has been eliminated.

  气蚀现象(针对水泵):如果水泵进水口处压力过低,水中溶解的气体逸出形成气泡,气泡在高压区破裂产生气蚀噪声。检查进水情况,确保进水顺畅、压力正常,如避免进水管过长、过细或高度差过大等导致进水压力不足的情况,必要时改善进水条件来消除气蚀现象。

  Cavitation phenomenon (for water pumps): If the pressure at the inlet of the water pump is too low, dissolved gases in the water will escape and form bubbles, which will rupture in the high-pressure zone and produce cavitation noise.
