Don't make do with the material: In workshops with a lot of chlorine containing cleaning agents, the evaporation chamber and heat exchange tubes can be directly coated with 316L, saving enough money for welding repair to replace half a set of pumps;

自动化程度：PLC一键进料、自动消泡、液位和故障报警，夜班无人值守也不溢罐，浓缩液满了自己停。

Automation level: PLC one click feeding, automatic defoaming, liquid level and fault alarm, unmanned night shift operation without tank overflow, self stopping when the concentrated liquid is full.

回收水别浪费——粗洗段直接补回去，漂洗段串一级离子交换，自来水费和委外处置费摊到每天，多数车间半年到一年就能回本。记住：它减的是体积、回的是清水，浓缩残渣仍按危废管理，别指望一台机器解决所有环保问题。

Don't waste recycled water - the rough washing section can be directly replenished, the rinsing section can be connected to a first level ion exchange, and the cost of tap water and outsourced disposal can be shared daily. Most workshops can recoup their costs within six months to a year. Remember: it reduces volume and returns clean water, and the concentrated residue is still managed as hazardous waste. Don't expect one machine to solve all environmental problems.
