The cleaning time and ultrasonic power of the main washing tank can be manually adjusted according to the degree of workpiece contamination.
漂洗槽负责“收尾”。使用去离子水或纯水,采用三级逆流漂洗方式,将电导率控制在5μS/cm以下。这一步的目的是有效清除工件表面残留的清洗剂,避免水渍和二次污染。
The rinse tank is responsible for "finishing". Use deionized water or pure water, and use a three-stage countercurrent rinsing method to control the conductivity below 5 μ S/cm. 烘干槽完成非常后工序。采用红外辐射与热风循环组合的方式,使工件表面水分快速蒸发。快速干燥不仅能防止氧化生锈,还能避免水渍残留影响产品外观。
The drying tank completes the final process. By combining infrared radiation with hot air circulation, the surface moisture of the workpiece is rapidly evaporated. Fast drying not only prevents oxidation and rusting, but also avoids the impact of water stains on the appearance of the product.
多槽设计的核心优势在于灵活换液。面对不同污染物,操作者可以在主洗槽中更换对应的清洗剂——机械零件的切削油污染用中性除油剂;电子元件的助焊剂残留用专用环保清洗剂;医疗器械的生物污渍用消毒型清洗液。这种针对性换液大幅提升了清洁效率。
