金属零件在机加工后,孔口、边缘、交叉孔处总会残留毛刺。传统人工刮削效率低、良率差;抛丸或喷砂又可能损伤表面。高压去毛刺清洗机另辟蹊径——用水,且只用水。
After machining, metal parts will always leave burrs at the holes, edges, and cross holes. Traditional manual scraping has low efficiency and poor yield; Shot blasting or sandblasting may also damage the surface. The high-pressure deburring cleaning machine takes a different approach - using water only.
原理:超音速水射流,瞬间“掰断”毛刺。 高压泵将水加压至20MPa以上,通过特制喷嘴以180-250米/秒的超音速射向毛刺根部。瞬间冲击力在毛刺根部形成巨大应力,使毛刺折断而剥落,同时对零件表面进行清洗。这是一种非接触式加工,避免了抛丸对表面造成的二次凹坑损伤。
Principle: Supersonic water jet instantly breaks off burrs. The high-pressure pump pressurizes the water to above 20MPa and shoots it towards the root of the burr at a supersonic speed of 180-250 meters per second through a specially designed nozzle. The instantaneous impact force creates a huge stress at the root of the burr, causing it to break and peel off, while cleaning the surface of the part. This is a non-contact machining method that avoids secondary pit damage caused by shot blasting on the surface.

压力选型“对号入座” :
Pressure selection "in place":
4mm以下的细长交叉孔(钢件类):射流压强20MPa,射速180-200米/秒。
Thin cross holes (steel parts) with a diameter of less than 4mm: jet pressure of 20MPa, firing rate of 180-200 meters per second.
4mm以上的交叉孔或孔口:射流压强20MPa以上,射速大于250米/秒,可同时完成孔口倒圆角处理。
Cross holes or openings with a diameter of 4mm or more: with a jet pressure of 20MPa or more and a firing rate greater than 250 meters per second, the opening can be rounded at the same time.
过滤系统同样关键。粗过滤(40目/寸以上滤网)+精过滤(精度根据颗粒度选型,从100微米到0.1微米不等),必要时可添加磁性过滤装置吸附铁屑。
The filtering system is equally crucial. Coarse filtration (filter screen above 40 mesh/inch)+fine filtration (precision selected according to particle size, ranging from 100 microns to 0.1 microns), and if necessary, magnetic filtration devices can be added to adsorb iron filings.
优势一句话: 去毛刺+清洗一步完成,不伤基材,尤其适合液压阀体、发动机缸体、精密阀芯等对表面光洁度要求出色的零件。毛刺去除干净了,后续装配、密封、使用寿命才有保障。
Advantage in one sentence: deburring and cleaning can be completed in one step without damaging the substrate, especially suitable for parts with extremely high surface smoothness requirements such as hydraulic valve bodies, engine cylinder bodies, and precision valve cores. After removing the burrs, the subsequent assembly, sealing, and service life can be guaranteed.
