The most critical steps in the maintenance phase are scale prevention and cleaning. During the evaporation process of wastewater, soluble salts and organic matter will gradually concentrate, forming a scale layer on the heat exchange surface. The scale layer not only reduces heat transfer efficiency, but may also cause local overheating and equipment damage. Suggest developing a regular cleaning plan based on the characteristics of the wastewater. For wastewater with severe scaling tendency, online cleaning or alternate use of backup heat exchangers can be considered.
