Mechanical impact is the core driving force. The cleaning solution is pressurized to 0.5-3MPa by a high-pressure pump (plunger pump or centrifugal pump). The pressurized liquid is sprayed out through the nozzle at a high speed of 10-30m/s. When high-speed liquid flow impacts the surface of the workpiece, it transfers kinetic energy to remove dirt from the substrate. This physical stripping method has good effects on various pollutants such as oil stains, metal shavings, and dust.

The conical nozzle produces a conical jet with more concentrated impact force, suitable for fixed-point cleaning. The rotating nozzle is driven by an internal turbine to achieve 360 ° rotation, which can cover the surface of the workpiece in all directions, especially suitable for workpieces with complex shapes.

Chemical dissolution is an auxiliary method. Simple water flow impact has limited effect on certain stubborn stains. Adding surfactants, alkalis, or solvents to the cleaning solution can reduce the adhesion between dirt and the surface of the workpiece. Alkaline cleaning agents can saponifie animal and vegetable oils; Acidic cleaning agents can dissolve metal oxides; Emulsifiers can wrap oil stains into tiny particles and wash them away with water flow, avoiding secondary adhesion.

多级工艺确保清洗有效。典型的喷淋清洗流程分为四段。预洗段使用低压大流量冲洗,去除工件表面的大颗粒污垢,减少主洗段负荷。主洗段是核心环节,高压喷射清洗液配合化学剂深度清洁。漂洗段用纯水或去离子水冲洗残留清洗剂。烘干段通过热风循环或红外加热去除水分,防止锈蚀。

Multi level process ensures thorough cleaning. The typical spray cleaning process is divided into four stages. The pre washing section uses low-pressure high flow flushing to remove large particle dirt on the surface of the workpiece and reduce the load on the main washing section. The main washing section is the core link, which uses high-pressure spray cleaning solution combined with chemical agents for deep cleaning. Rinse the residual cleaning agent with pure water or deionized water during the rinsing stage. The drying section removes moisture through hot air circulation or infrared heating to prevent rusting.

The efficiency advantage of spray cleaning is very prominent. Automated loading and unloading of workpieces can be achieved through conveyor belts or robotic arms, supporting 24-hour continuous operation. On the automotive parts production line, 500-1000 pieces can be cleaned per hour, which is 5-10 times more efficient than manual cleaning. Multi station integrated design integrates functions such as cleaning, rinsing, and drying, reducing intermediate handling steps and significantly shortening production cycles.
