The selection and commissioning of a spray cleaning machine require a comprehensive consideration of the balance between production capacity, cleanliness, and cost.
产能匹配是选型第一要务。设备的非常大处理能力由输送速度和清洗腔长度共同决定。输送速度越快,单位时间处理的工件越多。但速度过快可能导致清洗时间不足,影响洁净度。一般建议的输送速度为1.5-10米/分钟。选型时应根据目标产能反推所需速度,并预留20%-30%的余量。
Capacity matching is the top priority in selection. The maximum processing capacity of the equipment is determined by both the conveying speed and the length of the cleaning chamber. The faster the conveying speed, the more workpieces can be processed per unit time. However, excessive speed may result in insufficient cleaning time and affect cleanliness. The generally recommended conveying speed is 1.5-10 meters per minute. Stress testing. The actual pressure of each nozzle should be uniform and consistent. When the pressure difference exceeds 10%, check for pipeline blockage or leakage.
温度验证。清洗液和干燥风的温度应达到设定值并保持稳定。温度波动超过±5℃时需检查加热系统和温控传感器。
Temperature verification. The temperature of the cleaning solution and drying air should reach the set value and remain stable. When the temperature fluctuation exceeds ± 5 ℃, the heating system and temperature control sensor need to be checked.
洁净度验证。调试完成后应用标准试件进行清洗测试。通过表面残留物检测(如称重法、颗粒计数法等)验证清洗效果是否达标。
Cleanliness verification. After debugging, use standard test specimens for cleaning and testing. Verify whether the cleaning effect meets the standard through surface residue detection (such as weighing method, particle counting method, etc.).

Nozzle cleaning is the most frequent maintenance task. Nozzle blockage can cause cleaning blind spots. Suggest checking the nozzle status once per shift. Blocked nozzles can be blown back with compressed air or removed and cleaned with specialized tools.
过滤系统维护直接影响清洗液质量。袋式过滤器需定期更换滤袋;磁性过滤器需定期清除吸附的铁屑。过滤系统压差超过设定值时建议立即处理。
The maintenance of the filtration system directly affects the quality of the cleaning solution. Bag filters require regular replacement of filter bags; Magnetic filters need to regularly remove adsorbed iron filings. When the pressure difference of the filtration system exceeds the set value, it must be dealt with immediately.
网带清洁不可忽视。输送网带长期接触清洗液和污垢。网带上的残留物可能污染工件底面。建议每周停机清洗一次网带。
The cleaning of the mesh belt cannot be ignored. The conveyor belt comes into long-term contact with cleaning solution and dirt. The residue on the mesh belt may contaminate the bottom surface of the workpiece. It is recommended to shut down and clean the mesh belt once a week.
