　　储液箱采用单层结构，采用SUS304不锈钢板制作;内部用隔板分成几个区域，分别实现对清洗液的过滤、铁屑的沉淀、滤油、分油;储液箱设有补水口、排液口、溢水口。底部为两边向中间倾斜，清洗液从液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

　　液箱装有液位控制器，液位异常时及时提醒补水、停水。异常情况实现紧急停机。

　　The liquid tank is equipped with a liquid level controller, which promptly reminds to replenish and stop water when the liquid level is abnormal. Implement emergency shutdown in case of abnormal situations.

　　防锈箱内部装有不锈钢电加热器，在30～60分钟内将液体由室温升使用温度。温度自动控制在10～90℃范围，人工设定、自动控制。设有温控仪表自动显示。液箱外贴保温棉，防止热量散发。
