For some workpieces with complex shapes that are difficult to clean properly by spraying, immersion cleaning plays a role by allowing the workpiece to "bathe" in the cleaning solution for a period of time, allowing the cleaning solution to fully penetrate into the interior of the stain and gradually dissolve the dirt. At the same time, the cleaning machine may also be equipped with a stirring device or ultrasonic function, which can accelerate the contact between the cleaning solution and the workpiece. The energy released when the tiny bubbles generated by ultrasonic waves burst can further enhance the cleaning effect and thoroughly remove stubborn stains.

Subsequently, the workpiece enters the subsequent rinsing stage, which may use specially treated water such as filtered water, deionized water, etc. Filtering water can remove particles and impurities from the water, avoiding these impurities from reattaching to the surface of the workpiece during the rinsing process; Deionized water can prevent metal ions and other substances in the water from reacting chemically with the workpiece, which can affect the quality of the workpiece. Each level of rinsing continuously reduces the concentration of residual substances on the surface of the workpiece. After multiple levels of rinsing, the cleaning solution and stains on the surface of the workpiece are almost completely removed, achieving an ideal clean state. In addition, during the rinsing process, the rinsing water will be circulated, filtered, and replenished to ensure its cleanliness and maintain a stable rinsing effect.
