晶体超声波清洗机的使用及配置装置

晶体超声波清洗机共有9个功能槽,配置有循环过滤系统、自动恒温系统、触摸屏系统、抛动系统、超声波清洗系统、预热箱系统、溢流系统等。设备采用水溶剂洗涤、纯水漂洗,为型清洗机。

超声波清洗原理主要是利用电路产生每秒四万次以上的振动,将讯号放大而推动超声波换能器,超声波换能器会将电能转变为机械振动能量,借由各种物体的传导把能量传到目标上。

The principle of ultrasonic cleaning mainly utilizes the circuit to generate vibrations of over 40000 times per second, amplifying the signal and driving the ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy, which is transmitted to the target through the conduction of various objects.

振动元件产生超声波频率的振荡,一般常使用之瓷器烧结体PZT振动子。使用时在其银电极上,加上高周波电流,此电流的频率与PZT振动子之共振频率相同,引起振动子共振而产生超声波,并利用空化作用产生气泡,气泡清洗过程分为两种。一种是产生之气泡,受到后来之高压波段的压缩而破裂,破裂产生之音压及喷水柱冲击物体表面,造成污物脱体而达到洗净之效果。另一种则是气泡冲击污染物与物体表面之空隙,而此区间气泡受音压变化的影响,不断膨胀与收缩,气泡逐步向前,造成污染物渐渐脱离表面。

The vibration element generates ultrasonic frequency oscillations, which are commonly used in ceramic sintered PZT oscillators. When in use, a high-frequency current is applied to its silver electrode, and the frequency of this current is the same as the resonance frequency of the PZT oscillator, causing the oscillator to resonate and produce ultrasonic waves. Cavitation is used to generate bubbles, and the bubble cleaning process is divided into two types. One type is the generated bubbles, which are compressed by the later high-pressure band and burst. The sound pressure and water jet generated by the rupture impact the surface of the object, causing the dirt to detach and achieve the effect of cleaning. Another type is the impact of bubbles on the gap between pollutants and the surface of the object, and in this range, bubbles are affected by changes in sound pressure, constantly expanding and contracting, gradually moving forward, causing pollutants to gradually detach from the surface.

超声波系统:

位置:震子直接粘于槽体底板,底板镀铬后用不锈钢厚板通过螺钉锁在槽底,再用0.8厚不锈钢盒围好锁住。

Location: The vibrator is directly attached to the bottom plate of the tank. After chrome plating, the bottom plate is locked to the bottom of the tank with stainless steel thick plates and screws, and then enclosed and locked with a 0.8-thick stainless steel box.

超声震子:震子数20只,实际功率1000W(连续可调),采用“TOKIN”晶片震子及进口粘接技术,超声波频率为:28KHZ。

发生器:

Generator:

1、配置第四代超声波发生器,从根本上保证超声波的有效转换率,保证超声波效果并保证超声波发生器质量的稳定性。

1、在槽体的左右两侧、前后两面及顶部各设置二把喷淋系统,喷淋系统直接作用于工件。

2、市水或其他水源由管路亦可直接进入喷淋储液箱(可转换位置)。

1、由自动智能式机械手完成。

机架底盘及门板:

1、整机采用钢型材制成,前部及左右侧设装饰门板,门板采用合页翻转式,由不锈钢沙胶板制成,表面反光,美观大方。

2、底部不设脚轮,洗净操作台高950mm。
