超声波清洗原理主要是利用电路产生每秒四万次以上的振动，将讯号放大而推动超声波换能器，超声波换能器会将电能转变为机械振动能量，借由各种物体的传导把能量传到目标上。

振动元件产生超声波频率的振荡，一般常使用之瓷器烧结体PZT振动子。使用时在其银电极上，加上高周波电流，此电流的频率与PZT振动子之共振频率相同，引起振动子共振而产生超声波，并利用空化作用产生气泡，气泡清洗过程分为两种。一种是产生之气泡，受到后来之高压波段的压缩而破裂，破裂产生之音压及喷水柱冲击物体表面，造成污物脱体而达到洗净之效果。另一种则是气泡冲击污染物与物体表面之空隙，而此区间气泡受音压变化的影响，不断膨胀与收缩，气泡逐步向前，造成污染物渐渐脱离表面。

Another type is the impact of bubbles on the gap between pollutants and the surface of the object, and in this range, bubbles are affected by changes in sound pressure, constantly expanding and contracting, gradually moving forward, causing pollutants to gradually detach from the surface.

超声波系统：

位置：震子直接粘于槽体底板，底板镀铬后用不锈钢厚板通过螺钉锁在槽底，再用0.8厚不锈钢盒围好锁住。
