超声波清洗机所用溶剂中的分类及特点

超声波清洗机清洗所用机清洗剂的分类方法也很多,我们通常分成非水系、水系、半水系超声波清洗机清洗剂三大类。
There are also many classification methods of machine cleaning agents used for ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning. We usually divide them into three categories: non water system, water system and semi water system ultrasonic cleaning agents.
1、非水系
1. Non drainage system
非水系超声波清洗机清洗剂是指不溶于水的有机溶剂。
Non aqueous ultrasonic cleaner cleaning agent refers to organic solvent insoluble in water.
精密工业超声波清洗机清洗使用的非水系超声波清洗机清洗剂主要是烃类(石油类)、 氯代烃,氟代烃、溴代烃、醇类、有机硅油、萜烯等有机溶剂。
The non-aqueous ultrasonic cleaning agents used for cleaning precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines are mainly hydrocarbon (petroleum), chlorinated hydrocarbon, fluorohydrocarbon, brominated hydrocarbon, alcohol, organic silicone oil, terpene and other organic solvents.
衡量溶剂的主要指标有KB值 (贝壳松脂丁醇值),AP(苯胺点)、 SP溶解参数)、表面张力、密度、粘度,沸点、闪点、暴露浓度等参数。
The main indicators for measuring solvents include KB value (shellpine butanol value), AP (aniline point), SP dissolution parameter), surface tension, density, viscosity, boiling point, flash point, exposure concentration and other parameters.
KB值很高,也是溶解力很强的溶剂,不一定是好的超声波清洗机清洗剂。一个好的精密工业超声波清洗机清洗剂必须具备以下条件:
A solvent with a high KB value, that is, a solvent with strong solubility, may not be a good ultrasonic cleaner. A good cleaning agent for precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine must meet the following conditions:
①化学性能稳定、不易与被超声波清洗机清洗物发生反应;
① The chemical property is stable, and it is not easy to react with the cleaning materials of the ultrasonic cleaning machine;
②表面张力和粘度小、渗透力强;
② Small surface tension and viscosity, strong permeability;
③沸点低,可以自行干燥;

③ Low boiling point, self drying;
④没有闪点、不易燃;
④ No flash point, nonflammable;
⑤KB值不应太高,避免与被超声波清洗机清洗物相溶;
⑤ The KB value should not be too high to avoid being miscible with the substance cleaned by the ultrasonic cleaner;
⑥低毒性、使用:
⑥ Low toxicity and safe use:
⑦非ODS和低GWP值(全球变暖潜能值)、。
⑦ Non ODS and low GWP (global warming potential), environmental protection.
2、水系
2. Drainage system
水是重要的超声波清洗机清洗剂,有着其它任何超声波清洗机清洗剂无法替代的作用和地位。水有很强的溶解力和分散力,但是水的表面张力大。在使用中需要添加表面活性剂,以减小表面张力,增加表面湿润性。
Water is the most important cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning machine, and it has a role and position that can not be replaced by any other cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning machine. Water has strong solubility and dispersion, but its surface tension is large. Surfactant shall be added in use to reduce surface tension and increase surface wettability.
在一般工业超声波清洗机清洗中,酸,碱和水的配合比较常见,有些金属用水洗要加入防锈剂;在精密和超精密工业超声波清洗机清洗中,大部分要求将水制成纯净水。通常以电阻率来衡量水纯度。
In the general industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine, the coordination of acid, alkali and water is common, and some metals need to add rust inhibitor when washed with water; In the cleaning of precision and ultra precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines, most of the water is required to be made into pure water. Water purity is usually measured by resistivity.
3、半水系
3. Semidrainage system
半水系超声波清洗机清洗剂也叫准水系超声波清洗机清洗剂,是由高沸点溶剂及活性剂等组成,如醇类、乙二醇酯、有机烃类、N—甲基吡咯烷酮等。通常含有5%一20%的水分,一般不易燃烧。但加温超声波清洗机清洗时,水含量控制不当,可能产生燃烧现象。
Semi aqueous ultrasonic cleaner cleaner is also called quasi aqueous ultrasonic cleaner cleaner, which is composed of high boiling point solvents and active agents, such as alcohols, ethylene glycol esters, organic hydrocarbons, N-methylpyrrolidone, etc. It usually contains 5% - 20% moisture and is not easy to burn. However, improper control of water content may lead to combustion during heating ultrasonic cleaning.
半水系超声波清洗机清洗与溶剂洗有一些不同。它的超声波清洗机清洗原理是剥离去除,而不是溶解。为了防止已经剥落的油污再附到被超声波清洗机清洗物上,超声波清洗机清洗液要连续地循环,并增加油水分离器。
There are some differences between semi water ultrasonic cleaning machine and solvent cleaning. Its ultrasonic cleaning principle is stripping removal, not dissolution. In order to prevent the stripped oil from attaching to the cleaning materials of the ultrasonic cleaner, the cleaning solution of the ultrasonic cleaner shall be continuously circulated, and an oil-water separator shall be added.
半水洗通常超声波清洗机清洗效果很好, 但运行成本较高。废液不能再生回收,重复使用,含COD(化学耗氧量) 较高,需要进行废水处理。
Semi water washing usually has a good cleaning effect, but the operating cost is high. The waste liquid cannot be recycled and reused, with high COD (chemical oxygen demand), so it needs to be treated.
