超声波清洗机指示灯亮,但没有超声波输出是什么原因?

在使用超声波的过程中,经常会遇到一些问题,比如超声波清洗机的指示灯亮,但是没有超声波输出,这究竟是什么原因呢?

一、换能器出现故障
1、 Transducer failure
出现这种问题很可能是超声波清洗机换能器出现故障,操作人员应该查看换能器与超声波功率板的连接插头,看看插头是否松脱。超声波换能器是比较容易受潮的,通过检查,如果不是因为受潮而不能正常工作,那么很可能是换能器损坏了,要及时更换新的换能器。

The operator should check the connecting plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board to see if the plug is loose. The ultrasonic transducer is relatively susceptible to moisture. The operator can use a multimeter to detect whether the vibrator is open circuit. If it is burnt out, it should be repaired in time.
除此之外,还有可能是稳压管损坏,或者是电感以及隔离变压器被烧毁。出现这种问题,超声波清洗机操作人员一定要查明原因,及时解决。
