工业用超声波清洗表现的几个主要功能

超声波清洗是一种效果显著的清洗法,同时易于实现机械化、自动化,对于形状复杂和多孔的零件,与其它清洗方法相比有无可比拟的优越性。而且可用于家用、商用、工业上,可谓用途广泛。

工件在防锈封存前、电镀前和涂装前都一定进行除油清洗,超声除油的关键是选用含针对性的表面活性剂和乳化剂的清洗液。实践证明,超声清洗前的浸泡(以软化油污)是非常有效的手段。
The workpiece must be degreased and cleaned before anti rust storage, electroplating and coating. The key to ultrasonic degreasing is to select the cleaning solution containing targeted surfactant and emulsifier. Practice has proved that soaking before ultrasonic cleaning (to soften oil stain) is a very effective means.
除锈及氧化皮

钢铁零件在轧制或热处理后,表面会生成一层5-10μm的氧化铁,超声波清洗不用强酸、强碱,减少了公害避免了氢脆,提高了镀膜质量。

1、积炭
1. Carbon deposit
积炭是燃油和机油在高温缺氧条件下燃烧生成的硬质碳化物,与金属表面吸附,分子间结合强度大,用一般方法很难处理。如大连机车车辆厂过去清洗柴油机缸盖和活塞等零件上的积炭,用汽油泡、小锯条刮等办法,不但洗不净,还损坏了活塞表面的光洁度,每人每班只能清洗半台柴油机,改用超声波清洗后只用2h可以洗完一台,提高工效8倍。
Carbon deposit is a hard carbide formed by the combustion of fuel and engine oil under the condition of high temperature and hypoxia. It is adsorbed with the metal surface and has high intermolecular bonding strength. It is difficult to deal with it by general methods. For example, Dalian Locomotive and rolling stock factory used to clean the carbon deposits on diesel engine cylinder heads and pistons and scrape them with gasoline bubbles and small saw blades, which not only could not be cleaned, but also damaged the surface finish of pistons. Each person can only clean half a diesel engine per shift. After ultrasonic cleaning, one diesel engine can be cleaned in only 2h, which improves the work efficiency by 8 times.
2、油腻和油泥

工件被机油污染,再落入尘土,形成油腻;油泥是机油、焦油、含氧酸、碳化物、灰及水的混合物,用超声波清洗可轻松清洗洁净。
The workpiece is polluted by engine oil and then falls into dust to form greasy; Sludge is a mixture of oil, tar, oxygenated acid, carbide, ash and water. It can be easily cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning.
3、助焊剂和抛光研磨膏

电子行业普遍采用超声波清洗印刷线路,以表面助焊剂中的松香及硅表面微米级的颗粒;大量精细的电器元件、真空器件也从50年代起广泛采用超声波进行脱脂、除锈及黑化(氧化)前的清洗。
