超声波清洗机损害后怎么维修?

超声波清洗机既有清洗功能,又有乳化、加速溶解、分散等多种功能。在很多行业都有着广泛的应用,那么在使用过程中一旦出现问题应该吗?

1、保险损坏如果超声波清洗机的保险损坏,检查电源插座中的保险是否烧毁。好拿出表,用万用表检查一下。如果损坏,请立即更换。

2、传感器损坏由于长期高温使用,陶瓷部分损坏。在这种情况下,应使用仪器测量传感器的绝缘强度。在很多情况下,传感器内部陶瓷会损坏,影响工作。

3、隔离变压器损坏如果长期使用超声波清洗机,电感器和变压器是电子元件,可能导致短路。大部分损坏的电感变压器都会烧焦,因此应立即更换新零件。

3. The isolation transformer is damaged If the ultrasonic cleaner is used for a long time, the inductor and transformer are electronic components, which may cause short circuit. Most of the damaged inductive transformers will be burnt, so new parts should be replaced immediately.

清洗机由超声波发生器和超声波换能器组成,超声波换能器是由压电陶瓷材料制造的夹芯式换能器,压电陶瓷材料在交变电场的作用下会产生机械振动。

超声波换能器常见问题
Common problems of ultrasonic transducer
1 超声波振子受潮,可以用兆欧表检查与换能器相连接的插头,检查绝缘电阻值可以判断基本情况,一般要求绝缘电阻大于5兆欧以上。如果达不到这个绝缘电阻值,一般是换能器受潮,可以把换能器整体(不包括喷塑外壳)放进烘箱设定100℃左右烘干3小时或者使用电吹风去潮阻值正常为止。
1 If the ultrasonic vibrator is affected with moisture, the plug connected to the transducer can be checked with a megger. The basic situation can be judged by checking the insulation resistance value. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, the transducer is generally affected with moisture, so the whole transducer (excluding the plastic sprayed shell) can be put into the oven and set at about 100 ℃ for drying for 3 hours, or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal.
2 换能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂,可以用肉眼和兆欧表结合检查,一般作为应急处理的措施,可以把个别损坏的振子断开,不会影响到别的振子正常使用。
2 If the transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken, it can be checked with naked eyes and a megger. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, individual damaged vibrators can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
3 振子脱胶,我们的换能器是采用胶结,螺钉紧固双重保证工艺,在一般情况下不会出现这种情况。
3. The vibrator is unglued. Our transducer adopts the double assurance process of cementation and screw fastening, which generally does not occur.
4 不锈钢振动面穿孔,一般换能器满负荷使用10年以后可能会出现振动面穿孔的情况。
4. The vibration surface of stainless steel is perforated. Generally, after 10 years of full load use, the vibration surface may be perforated.
